Abstract

Three fundamental cosmological principles are examined: the small difference of the properties of particles and antiparticles, the nonconservation of baryons, and the unsteady state of the universe. A model for the appearance of baryon symmetry is proposed. In this model, the mean density of matter in the universe is a calculable quantity. This mean density is expressed through the gravitational constant, the mass of elementary particles, and the charge-invariance-violation parameter.
