⁴  The β →0 limit reduces the present model to the effective low energy Lagrangian of tachyon[21] which has been considered to be a candidate for dark energy in the literature[22]. This type of models for dark energy in the absence of the β term, however will not be possible to realize the quintom scenario as shown in the present work.
