Abstract:

We present a compilative catalogue of Be/X-ray binaries and candidates in the Galaxy and in the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds. This catalogue contains 160 sources and provides information on names and spectral types of optical components, distances, on spin characteristics of neutron stars, and on orbital and X-ray properties of binary systems. We give brief comments on each object and provide necessary references to original data.

Upgrading the Catalogue: the catalogue database will be upgraded both in response to user feedback and to include data from recent publications. You can send questions, feedback and comments to: raguzovasai.msu.ru

If you make use of the Be/X-ray binaries and candidates catalogue in a publication, we request that you acknowledge the source of the information by referencing the paper: Raguzova, N.V. & Popov S.B., 2005, Astron. Astrophys. Transactions, 24, 151-185 which gives a full description of the catalogue and, for recent updates, quoting the web address http://xray.sai.msu.ru/~raguzova/BeXcat.
